Further extending its vision, AMAN realized the importance of need to add to its existing strategies. After detailed study of ground base realities, AMAN concluded that in order to speed up the revitalization process in earthquake hit areas, a comprehensive effort is required to pass on such programmed education to the people that emphasizes on switching over to modern business procedures and promotion of peaceful, tolerant and healthy local culture. This multi dimensional approach will benefit deserving class of the society and will also help to strengthen the societal values that lie at the heart of developed nations. This will help to initiate a positive response to the demand of present global situation and modern business cultures.

AMAN has launched a comprehensive program comprised of multidimensional interventions comprised of Business Establishment and Management trainings, technical trainings, linkage building with MFIs, Market Outlets and Training Institutes in Manshera district. This approach has multiple benefiting aspects that will not only assist most deserving communities to recognize their true potentials but will also germinate essential ingredients that will aid deprived communities to experience empowerment by true awareness of their individual rights in the society, hence lighting the path leading towards prosperous peaceful society.
