The Asian Muslim Action Network (AMAN) is a network that brings together individuals, groups and associations of Muslims in Asia subscribing to a progressive and enlightened approach to Islam. Since its inception in 1990, AMAN has been striving to develop contacts and links with local and national organizations, academic institutions, individual scholars and networks in the Asian region and beyond. AMAN cooperates with groups whether they are Muslims or of other faiths, and whether they are working with grassroots communities or engaged in research and policy advocacy for the eradication of poverty, environmental protection, human rights, social injustice, inter-faith and inter-cultural dialogue, communal harmony and peace.

AMAN Pakistan registered under the Societies Acts 1861 as non profit organization is working under the umbrella of AMAN International as an independent entity with the same objectives of building peace in the society. It believes of both intra and inter-faith and social harmony.
The goal of the organization is “promoting peace and social harmony with in and across the cultures, religions and countries”. AMAN Pakistan believes that peace and social and religious harmony could come through protecting Rights of Human and living beings on earth. The following methods can serve AMAN to take to its goal:

3 days workshop is going on in Islamabad on " Community Mobilization Skills". About 44 members of LCs from Manshera district are participating in the training.
